Pull Requests page is broken, not showing any pull requests or caching stuff improperly and being delayed

I don't know what has been going on with GitHub lately, but the past couple of months the pull requests page has been behaving very weird, with pull requests that were merged taking a while to appear as merged. There seems to be a lot of caching issues and delays.

Lately, just now, I see zero pull requests even though there are many:

When I click Closed, it goes back to normal:

Clicking back to Open, it shows nothing. Zero for both open and closed, like the first screenshot.
