Port the Tests examples from the Demos area from Java to Python using the mewnala library.

Scope

This issue tracks the porting of all examples in Demos/Tests. Each example is tracked as a sub-issue below. Note that individual issues can be assigned to different contributors, so feel free to claim any example you're interested in!
